When equipment fails mid-shift, every hour costs money. The compactor that won’t cycle is backing up the loading dock. The trailer that cracked on the way to the job is sitting on the shoulder. The kitchen line that broke an hour before service is about to cancel the reservation list.
We pick up the phone and we go.
Equipment downtime compounds fast. The crew you booked stands around. The next job pushes back. The customer calls and asks when you’ll be done. The hauler can’t pick up the trailer until it’s safe to move. And the longer a load-bearing weld sits cracked, the more likely the next stress cycle finishes the job for you.
## Emergencies We Run Most
Emergency mobile welding covers the failures that can’t wait for a shop appointment:
– Cardboard compactor failures and stuck rams
– Restaurant kitchen equipment breakdowns
– Equipment frame and bucket failures mid-job
– Trailer hitch and tongue cracks on the road
– Structural welds failing under load
– Hydraulic mount and attachment damage
– Gate and hinge failures locking access to a site
– Dock plates, boat launches, and water-side hardware
If your operation just stopped because of a broken weld, this is the page for you. If the repair can wait until next week, the rest of our repairs pages will get you on the schedule without the emergency premium.
## How Fast We Get There
Most emergency repairs are on-site within 24 hours, depending on where the equipment is and what’s available. After-hours service is available, and a surcharge may apply for nights, weekends, and holidays.
When you call, we’ll ask four quick things: what failed, where it is, whether it’s safe to weld in place right now, and how soon you need us there. Then we load the truck and roll. Our truck is a full mobile rig with stick, MIG, and TIG, so we’re not driving back to the shop for one more piece of equipment after we get there.
## Built For This Work
We’ve been welding for Washington since 2009. Our crew brings 57 years of combined team experience to emergency calls. Lance is WABO certified, which matters when the failure was in a load-bearing weld and the repair has to hold under inspection. We’re licensed, insured, and bonded in Washington.
Repairs start at $200. Most emergency calls cost less than a single shift of downtime, which is the whole point of having a number you can call.
## Where We Work
We serve Thurston County and surrounding areas, with most emergency calls in Tumwater, Olympia, Lacey, and across the South Sound. Aberdeen, Centralia, and Chehalis are within reach for the right job. Restaurants on Capitol Way, commercial property managers in Tumwater, fleet operators running between Lewis County and the port, mill foremen who can’t shut a line down for a tow: if your equipment is in our radius, call.
