A cracked RV frame or sheared hitch isn’t a body shop job. It’s a structural weld, and most RV shops don’t do real structural welding. The few that do are weeks out, and they want you to bring the rig in. If you can drive it that far without finishing the crack, you got lucky.
We come to the storage yard, the campground, your driveway, wherever the rig is parked.
## What We Fix
RV repair welding covers the structural and frame failures that ground an RV:
– Cracked RV frame rails and crossmembers
– Broken hitch receivers and tow brackets
– Failed welds at frame extension joints
– Slide-out support and structural welds
– Aluminum component repairs and reweld work
– Generator mount and storage compartment frame
– Bumper and step assembly cracks
– Stabilizer mount and leveling jack repairs
We focus on structural and frame welding, not interior or cosmetic work. If a sidewall is delaminating or you need new flooring, we can point you to people who do that. If a piece of structural metal is cracked, that’s our job.
## Why We Come To You
Towing a structurally damaged RV anywhere is a bad idea. Even short distances put more stress on a cracked rail and risk turning a one-day weld into a frame replacement. We bring the welding shop to where the rig is parked, weld it where it sits, and you don’t have to roll the dice on a tow.
Our truck carries the full setup: stick for fast structural work on travel trailer steel, MIG and TIG for cleaner aluminum and motorhome work. Lance is WABO certified.
Most repairs are completed within 24 hours, based on project complexity. Repairs start at $200.
## Built For This Work
We’ve been welding for Washington since 2009. Our crew brings 57 years of combined team experience to structural and frame work, including the kind of welds that have to hold up under highway loads. We’re licensed, insured, and bonded in Washington.
## Where We Work
We serve Thurston County and surrounding areas, with most RV calls in Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and the campgrounds and storage yards across the South Sound. Aberdeen and Centralia are within reach. Not sure if you’re in range? Give us a call.
