What aluminum thicknesses can you handle?

From thin sheet aluminum that takes a delicate TIG hand up through quarter-inch and thicker structural aluminum that runs MIG with a spool gun. We’ve welded aluminum boat hulls, RV hand rails, and food trailer panels on the thin end, and aluminum trailer frames and equipment chassis on the thicker end.

Send a photo of the part and the gauge or thickness, and we’ll tell you which process and which filler the job needs.
