I contacted Lance via email, sending him some pictures of my broken brush hog. Lance replied back a few hours later (late evening) saying he would call me in the morning. He called the next morning and we set up a date for him to come over. Lance gave me a reminder text a few days before, then called the day of asking if it was okay to come over about a half hour earlier than planned. Lance arrived with Justin (apprentice) in tow, Lance looked things over, taught Justin a few tricks of the trade, and they started the repair. After burning off the old rusted bolts and removing them, they started the repair. As the repair was about done Lance looked over the brush hog and found more cracks that were starting. Lance highly suggested fixing those also, since the hub spins at a high speed and is dangerous if it breaks. Lance and Justin fixed those up real quick, and only slightly more money. Lance had great communication, before and while here, highly recommended. I sent repair pictures to my father who lives out of state, as a former fabricator, he said Lance did the job the right and a very good job.
