Can you match new welds to existing wrought iron finishes?

Yes. Decorative wrought iron usually has a black powder-coated, painted, or oiled finish. After welding we grind the weld smooth, blend it into the surrounding profile, and prime it. Final paint or finish is generally easier to handle in dry weather, and we can recommend a finisher or you can take it from there.

For best finish match, share the original color or finish before we start so we can prime to compatible base.
