Can you weld antique or restoration cast iron pieces?

Yes. Antique tractors, old machinery housings, woodstoves, and restoration pieces are some of our favorite cast iron work. Original parts are often impossible to replace, and a careful weld brings them back into service.

Restoration work usually means matching the existing finish and keeping the weld discreet. We grind, blend, and finish the weld so the repair is functional and as inconspicuous as the part allows.
