Bottom plates that have rusted through, side panels split from forks, broken or sheared hook lifts, cracked roller brackets on roll-offs, hinge failures on lids, and torn fork pockets. We see the same handful of failure modes across most haulers.
We weld in patches, replace bottom plates, reinforce hook lifts, rebuild fork pockets, and re-hang lids. Most jobs come back to the road quickly, especially when the hauler can swap to a spare while we work.
